A banha de porco é uma gordura de origem animal, portanto ela é uma gordura saturada e, em quantidades não adequadas, aumenta o colesterol ruim, assim aumentando as chances de doenças relacionadas ao coração. 🐽 . Já o óleo vegetal, não aumenta o colesterol ruim, porém é tão calórico quanto a banha. 🌽 . Em termos de processamento, a banha de porco é mais natural, pois o óleo acaba sofrendo muitos processos na indústria. I'm feeling very upbeat, just as this sunflowery dress reflects😁🌻 A lot of things seemed to have been falling into place really nicely in my life and I am grateful for it all. However, I realise it's actually my mindset and outlook on life that's changing and growing because nothing has really changed in a physical sense around me. This is such an exciting time because I'm becoming more and more mindful and conscious. I've taken such a vested interested in becoming mindful and looking within through various methods and I've never been in a better place mentally. I enjoy so many wonderful things that I had never even noticed or perhaps allowed room for before because of anxiety, being stuck in the past or thinking "what's next" all the time. I can't wait to learn more and more about mindfulness and be able to share how it's been helping me, with a view to help others which is my strongest passion. Watch this space!❤️

Balloons over Bristol This is summer, chilling out the back, dinner al fresco, balmy evenings, hot air balloons floating by over head.
