3 hours later my legs are still somewhat numb 🤯 _ Went into LA Fitness in Glassboro for the first time and met some cool ass people. I asked Anthony to squat with him because there were no other racks and we ended up killing the rest of the workout together. _ Maybe I should just travel to LA Fitness’s find people to lift with and kill it 😜 _ Todays leg workout: - -5 minutes on cycling bike gear 15 -Squats 9x12 (135,225,275,315,275, 225, 200, 185, 135 for 20 reps) -Leg Press 6x12 (4 plates,5, 6, 5, 4, 2 plates for 50 reps) -Dumbbell leg press 5x10-12 (80 lbs) -Leg extensions 4x12 (145 lbs) Super set with walking lunges 2 sets 12 steps there and back (ez curl 80 lbs) Also super set with walking Dumbbell calf raises 3 sets of (12-15 steps there and back) (30 ln dumbbells) _ 10 sets of arms never hurt anyone 🤫 -Plate loaded tricep dips 5x12-15 (2 plates) -Ez curl bar 21’s 5x12 (7 bottom half, 7 top half, 7 full extension) (70 lbs) narrow grip first 3 sets and wide grip last 2 Enjoy 😉
